Buenos días a todos!! ¿Cómo estáis?
Esta semana he estado preparando varios trabajos para el blog, y no había podido escribir desde el lunes, pero hoy ya me pongo al día con vosotros.
Veréis hace un tiempo, cuando mi cuñada estaba redecorando su casa, nuestra prima-amiga Noe, nos dijo que tal cual la estaba decorando quedaría muy bien una damajuana. Ella es arquitecta y está siempre al día con las últimas tendencias, además de que tiene muy buen gusto, pero a nosotras, en aquellos tiempos cuando nos dijo damajuana, yo directamente me imaginé una especie de escultura de dama de Elche en plan moderno y mi cuñada hizo lo más lógico: sacar el móvil y ver qué era.
- Ah! vale! ¡¡cómo las garrafas de agua de toda la vida!! Para nosotras hasta ese día eran simples garrafas.
Así que empezamos a indagar y ver opciones y ya nos hemos hecho expertas y desde aquí os recomiendo que pongáis una damajuana en vuestra vida. Veréis que tenéis infinitud de opciones para jugar con ellas y aquí a continuación os doy algunas ideas:
Unas originales lámparas, de techo o de mesa o hasta con unas guirnaldas, mira qué bien quedan:
Con unas bonitas flores, pueden ser tanto flores secas, naturales o artificiales, todas quedan bien.
Con unas ramas de árboles:
o también podéis customizarlas con piedras, corchos, chapas, canicas, hojas secas, plumas o.. pintarlas a mano. Veréis además que lo mejor es que te queda bien en cualquier sitio y aporta mucho carácter. Aquí os dejo con la mía que se me ocurrió la idea al ver una ramas rosa fucsia el otro día en a loja do gato pretto, cuando las tenga en mi poder también os enseñaré cómo queda.
(En las fotos no se llega a apreciar, pero el cristal de esta damajuana brilla muchísimo, la ví en la tienda y es espectacular, eso sí de gran tamaño)
Estas dos opciones quizás no respetan tanto la forma original, pero también pueden servir. También las he visto en la tienda y el cristal es de efecto opaco y queda muy bonito.

This week I've been preparing several works for the blog, that's why I had not been able to write since Monday, but today I will be with you.
Let' see, some time ago when my sister in law was redecorating her home, our cousin-friend Noe, told us that that kind of decoration which would be very nice incorporatin a "Damajuana". She is architect and she is always up dating with the latest trends, and also she has a very nice style, but for us, in those times when listened the word "Damajuana", I imagined a kind of a modern sculpture of Lady of Elche and my sister did the logical thing: take the phone and see what it was.
- Ah! okay! 'They are like water bottles!! For us until that day were simple carafes.
So we started to investigate some options and now we have become experts and from here I recommend you to put a "Damajuana" in your life. You will see that you have an infinite number of options to play with them, and then here I give you some ideas:
With some beautiful flowers, they can be either natural or artificial, dry flowers, all are good.
With some branches of trees:
or you can also customize them with stones, corks, plates, marbles, leaves, feathers or .. painted them. Also you can see that one of the best things is that they suit in every room or place, and they provide a lot of character. Here I leave you with my "Damajuana", I thought in painting like this, when I saw a fuchsia branches in a loja do gato pretto last week, so when I buy them i I will also show you how they suit.
(Maybe in photos you can't appreciate the real shinning of this "Damajuanas", but I saw them in the shop and is really spectacular, and they also are very large)
These options may not respect perfectly the original form, but may be worth. I have also seen them in the shop and the glass is made by an opaque effect and is very nice.
